These Terms and Conditions determines the usage of SIA QGG platform CABLECENTER and the order of receiving the services.

The Service

CABLECENTER provides client access to their platform for cable product business – buying and selling. The user creates an account on the website, fills in all obligatory registration fields and accepts these Terms and Conditions. Registered users can freely buy and sell cables on the platform, comment their purchases, communicate with other users and use all the services that the platform CABLECENTER offers.

Adding the Products

The client adds products to database using the product adding templates provided by the platform.

If the added product is found in the CABLECENTER database, the client uses the premade profile of the product, providing only the cable length, price, minimum units per sale and the location of the product.

If the added product is not found in the CABLECENTER database, client provides all neccesary information about the cable, its manufacturer, a picture of product, technical specifications. If neccesary, the client contacts CABLECENTER administrator via the phone or e-mail.

The administration of CABLECENTER retains the right to delete products which could not be identified as a cable or a cable-related product.

Selling

The client adds his cables to CABLECENTER database using the product adding tools on the website.

The list of the added products is seen on the CABLECENTER website.

If a product is bought or reserved, the client receives an e-mail with the order. The client has to answer this e-mail in 24 hours or one workday, to confirm the availability, amount and price of the product.

When the sale is confirmed, client writes the bill and invoice, adressed to CABLECENTER.

CABLECENTER transfers money to the clients profile on the CABLECENTER profile, or, if agreed upon before, to the clients bank account.

If the Buyer has decided to receive the product in the warehouse of the Seller, the time when the client will take the product will be decided.

If the Buyer has decided to receive the product with delivery, the time when CABLECENTER transport will take the product will be decided.

The client has to provide the loading of the received products on the transport of the buyer or CABLECENTER. If the loading has not been started 30 minutes after the ordered time, CABLECENTER retains the right to charge the cost of the waiting, if such cost is charged by the provider of the transport service. In this case, CABLECENTER retains the right to charge the waiting cost 10% bigger than the bill given by the provider of the transport service.

The money received for the product can be used to buy other cables on CABLECENTER platform or transferred to the clients bank account.

When transferring money to bank account, CABLECENTER will charge a commision fee in the amount of 10% of the total sum.

Buying

Client can buy the cable he/she has succesfully found JUST by signing up and creating his/her account on the website.

When buying products, client fills in the form of buying, chooses the product and the way of recieving the product, and pays in his preffered way of payment. After succesful purchase Buyer receives a confirmation of the order.

Reservation of Products

The client has the option to reserve the chosen product, without payment, up to 24 hours.

During those 24 hours, the chosen product will not be available to other clients.

The 24-hour reservation works ONLY on CABLECENTER platform. If the seller sells the product outside CABLECENTER on the time of reservation, CABLECENTER holds no responsibility for any losses created.

Payment

Payment for products on CABLECENTER platform can be done in following ways:

Through an internetbank via the bank link (using the most popular banks)

Via the credit card

Using the funds in the clients profile (gained from selling cables) – further in text Inbank

Inbank System

Inbank is form of fund storage, created for more convenient payments to cable suppliers.

Funds are transferred to Inbank system after the selling of the products and are available to the client immediately.

Client has the option to either use the funds in the Inbank system to buy cables or transfer them to his bank account.

If the funds are transferred from Inbank system to the clients bank account, a service fee is charged – 10% from the total sum.

Delivery

The client chooses the type of delivery, by filling in the product buying form.

If a product receiving with delivery is chosen, client signs it in the order, receives the delivery bill, pays it and receives the confirmation of the order and the confirmation of the delivery. The confirmation also holds the information with date and time, when the product will be delivered. Date and time can be changed contacting the administration of CABLECENTER via the phone or e-mail.

Loading and Unloading of Products

The client has to provide the unloading of the received products. If the unloading has not been started 30 minutes after the ordered time, CABLECENTER retains the right to charge the cost of the waiting, if such cost is charged by the provider of the transport service. In this case, CABLECENTER retains the right to charge the waiting cost 10% bigger than the bill given by the provider of the transport service.

Data Security

To ensure the confidenciality of the transactions and to provide safe purchases on the website cablecenter.eu the safe connection technology SSL (SecureSocketLayer) is used. That means that the clients private and financial information are encrypted as soon as it is uploaded and safely stored on servers afterwards.

Duration of the Cooperation

These rules of the cooperation are valid until completely fulfilled. There is no due date.

Warranty and product quality

The supplier of the product is responsible for the quality of the product. If a damaged product is delivered, the supplier has a duty to take back the product and return the money paid for it.

Nor CABLECENTER, nor the supplier can be hold responsible for the damages caused by transportation, storage or assembling the cable after it has been delivered to the buyer.

All complaints about the problems connected with using the cable are to be directed to the manufacturer of the cable, if it is possible to identify such.

Product returning

Client retains the right to return the product in 14 days after the purchase, if none of the following circumstances are in effect:

• the purchased audio or video record or computer program has its package opened;

• the products are newspapers, magazines and periodicals;

• the products are food products, drinks or other consumer goods;

• there had been a contract about providing accomodations, catering services or entertainment events, which has to be received by the Client in a set day and time (for example concert tickets or travels);

• the products purchased were manufactured after a special request or are irreplaceable; also perishable goods or goods intended to be quicly consumed (for example, specially ordered furniture);

• the price of the purchased product are dependent on financial fluctuations, which the salesman cannot control.

When using the right to return the product, the Client is responsible for any use of the Card, which exceeds the usage intended for checking the Card. The Client is also responsible for any loss of value, quality and safety of the Card.

To use the right to return the product, the Client has to write a refusal and send it to the legal adress of CABLECENTER office in Riga, Pētersalas street 1B. CABLECENTER will evaluate the refusal and send answer in 14 days after the receiving of the refusal.

COOKIES

CABLECENTER retains the right to gather data about the website users, using the cookies, to improve the services available to the users. Cookies are files, which websites put in the computers of users to recognize the user and make the use of the website easier. The internet browsers can be configured, so they would warn the client about the using of the cookies and let to choose whether the client wishes to accept them or not. Not accepting the cookies will not forbid to use the Website, but it might limit the options of the Website use.

DISPUTE SETTLEMENT

These Terms and Conditions are intended to use according to the laws of Republic of Latvia.

All disputes within CABLECENTER that arises among the Supplier and the Client regarding these Terms and Conditions and any tangible or intangible disputes and demands arising from these Terms and Conditions will be looked through in a court of Republic of Latvia as intended in the normative acts of Republic of Latvia.

OTHER CONDITIONS

CABLECENTER retains the rights to processing the private data of the Client (gathering, storage, registration, induction, transference, translation etc.) The goal for data processing is the accounting of Clients, providing the service, the offers and the maintenance. Client agrees that his/her personal data will be accepted and proccesed to reach the aforementioned goals. Client is completely responsible about the truthfulness of provided data and the corectness of the information and his declared desire.

The Supplier of CABLECENTER services and the Client are not responsible about the fulfillment of their obligations, if the obligations are not fulfilled for reasons not dependent from Supplier of CABLECENTER services and the Client, created by unforeseen and unaffectable circumstances not under power of the Supplier of CABLECENTER services and the Client.

All information, including photos, placed on the CABLECENTER website cablecenter.eu is exclusive property of CABLECENTER or are being used with direct permission of the authors. Any copying, distributing, transference, placement or any other modification of the website and the Cards without the permission of CABLECENTER is forbidden.

Cablecenter retains the right to change these Terms and Conditions unilaterally at any time, as is seen fit. The changes shall enter into force after their placement on the CABLECENTER website.
